DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

Yes I do .I offer a free 30 minutes consultation in order to establish if I am the right personal trainer for you. You get the right feeling and energy coming from my side and you will know if you want to work with me.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

You can prepare few lines about your self you would like to share , and if you have any concerns and questions and what your fitness goals and personal gaols are . If you have any expectations ad what they are ?

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

I will make an initial assessment and write down what you shared with me and we will come up with goals we can work on and start working on a program that  is customised  for your needs and expectations.I will be with you every step ahead motivating you and giving constructive feedback. Working together is easier than working alone as you have me to fall upon when you are on the moments of doubts and wanting to give up, I will be here to help you and encourage you .
